Hi
I am flying to Spain on Wednesday and staying in a Canvas Holidays tent. Could anyone advise me should I pack sleeping bags for all 6 of us or would a top sheet just be enough. The sleeping bags are quite bulky and it would seem a pity to take them all the way there and find they were much too warm. Usually we drove to the continent and that meant we could pack loads of bedding but now our luggage is obviously restricted. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

If when you normally drive there you are too warm and end up just under a sheet, then thats probably your answer. If you find you are cold at night and need a sleeping bag, then maybe you need to pack them (are they the super lightweight, high thermal value type?)
Do they not supply sleeping bags/ bedding, I would have thought that a package camping holiday involving flights would take in to account the limited luggage allowance, you could then just put sheets inside for hygiene reasons.
Thanks for the reply. No they supply pillows only. The camping holidays are really geared towards people driving from home but more and more people are now flying with the low cost airlines. I think if you rent a mobile there may be duvets but this option is a good deal more expensive. Still haven't made up my mind but will have to decide by tomorrow.
Try taking a sleeping bag made out of fleece. They are really warm and lightweight. If you have a Lidl supermarket near you they have them at £4.99.I think Asda also sell them.
. Prehaps just take just 1 or 2 There's bound to be a someone who will want one. Put in an old jumper in for everyone else or jogging bottoms .
We are off on again on thursday so busy getting packing and getting roof box on car Can't wait
Fleece blanket!!
