My parents are thinking of taking it easy and perhaps moving abroad to rent over the winter months. They absolutely adore Lanzarote!
I was just wondering what an average monthly rental would be for say, a 2 bed apartment/villa in a nice quiet location in perhaps Playa Blanca?
Are rents expensive that time of year? What would be be looking at?
