This year will be our fifth visit to Turkey, but the previous four have been either in late May or the first two weeks in September. This time we are going the last two weeks in July so I'm expecting it to be hotter than previous visits. This in itself isn't a problem, it's the fact I like to run (yes, I know a sad case for running on holiday  ). However, I also like a few scoops of an evening so this rules out early morning running and I will be looking to go early evening while my wife and daughters spend about two hours getting ready - this is not a joke either. What sort of time do the temperatures get a bit more acceptable in order that I can get out there? I obviously don't want to go too late.
