I would contact my local post office who may be able to trace them .

We are going to Turkey on the 26th with Thomsons and have no tickets yet, think there has been a problem and lots of people are geting them late.

We had ours (going tomorrow, Thomas Cook) last week but had to get a ticket change. Of course we were charged £40 to change the Mr to Mrs, hubbies fault but still does your head in. That was changed on wed 30th april, got the ticket today, they sent it out last thursday. So seems all of the companies leave it until late.

i personally didnt have a problem with mine but my sister in law only received hers today from thompsons and we booked at the same time and we go a week today so it was a little bit of a concern for her but panic over now

Our tickets have arrived this morning at the travel agents... we fly on Sunday. I'm sure i've always had them about 2 weeks before travel in the past ??

haven't got mine yet and we fly sunday. Phoned T. Cook customer services and they have arranged for us to collect on departure. Bit of a pain when you have to wait for them to open the desk at the airport.
Any chance I might still receive those that were sent out or will they have cancelled them?

I had the same problem trying to get my tickets. They sent 2 lots a week before I travelled. Thomsons have had a problem with their tickets machine, so this has caused a backlog.

I have just come back from Spain. We did not have any tickets and had no problems.

At Manchester we used the quick check in - just scanned our passports and it produced the boarding cards. Even got to pick our seats. Extra leg room at no cost. When we checked our luggage we simply gave them the reference number.

In Malaga on our return we just produced our passports at check in and told them the flight we ere booked on. Again no problems but did not manage extra leg room.
