Well, I got a call from BA today and its resulted in a further cheque coming to me and more miles. And the offer of a direct mobile number to that person if we ever felt we needed help again. I'm now so much happier with BA but in future, I'm going to make sure we have ages between connections as I'm going to collect the luggage at T5 and recheck it in. It's actually a relief as we have liked our flights(up till the last time of course).

Fiona I would like to add Hotel Suba Palace, Colaba, mumbai, we spent four nights there and it was excellent, very very clean, not cheap but not expensive either at 3700 rps per double room. It is situated just behind the Regal Cinema, in Colaba, walking distance to shops and the Gate of India.
