Originally I had booked a promo room and at the time I did,nt realise they were all at the back of the hotel in the quiet area, I too wanted to be pool facing and at the front with a sea view, Romy explained this to me when I enquired as to the room allocations.
I then upgraded with my travel guys to a family room, re-confirmed it with Romy and he has now allocated us a family room facing the active pool.
I did try to blagg room 116 (a Royal Suite) but he,s not too keen at the moment to let me have it, but let him know you are a repeat customer and he will really look after you, he can arrange your upgrade as well if your travel guys have run out of family rooms, he deals in Euros though so make sure you get the exchange rate right.
So don,t be afraid to email Romy, he is only too happy to help and his English is pretty good too!
