medweds look at their website they have offices in paphos & protaras. I really recommend them they get back to you so quickly & with what you want, check out their website just type in medweds its normally the first link, they have an english phone number you can call them on etc. take a look......
If you want to see pictures of the geroskipou go to medweds website & click on wedding venues, select paphos from the map & then you can see the venues & pictures also under recommendations you will find more pictures.
Does anyone know of anywhere I can get a Grecian Style wedding dress. Think it would be fitting for the venue.

have you seen the wedding prices in the brochure its 499pounds plus approx 60euro's if want wedding after 2pm which i think is all weddings in hotels are only done after 2pm. then a extra approx 170euro's if want a wedding in a hotel (hotel fee)
at least with the deluxe package you dont av worry bout sorting someone for ya photo's x

Thanks Jennie, we've opted for the 499 package as we only want a simple wedding, only a handful of us there anyway. I've been googling other wedding sites in cyprus and similar is coming out at approx 700. Think we'll have it in Paralimni town hall instead of a hotel, hate been gawped at. 
Hopefully the photographer will take some photo's on a beach somewhere, then it's off to the Yianna Marie for the rest of the day.

hi i'm a bit concerned about the yeroskipou town hall being like a building site, i'm getting married there on the 1st july 2008 @ 11:30am and i'm concerned that its going to be like a building site, after kristinas post any ideas on what i can do at short notice.

Hi I am getting married at the Aliathon Holiday Village in August could anyone recommend a photographer in the Paphos are. Someone has suggested "photokyriacos" has anyone heard of them and what their work is like? The priced First Choice has quoted seem to be quite high. Any information would be greatly appreciated. just to let you know i spoke to first choice wedding co-ordinator this morning as i'm getting married in two weeks at yeroskipou town hall and the building work is all very minor and he has assured me it does not affect any weddings or photographs, he said that the town hall is seperate from the building work, they do five weddings a day in yeroskipou town hall and nobody has complained yet and in my mind that is enough assurance for me.

cood luck with it all hopefully im sure it will all be fine :gluck. i was upset after reading kristina's post but i started to realise when we go hopefully all work will have stopped n marks would of worn off. im sure be fine.

Yes, same day, that is if Dawson's can contact Thomas Cook weddings. She rang us earlier to let us know she is having a mare getting through to them 
So I asked if she could just send it via e-mail, she did, so we are just waiting a reply. That is the day we want but we had to give an alternative. It can't be earlier than 28th as that is when family are coming out. Fingers crossed.
Oh, and I've changed my mind about venue again, Town Hall. was looking at someones photo's at work and there are sunloungers in the background, don't want that!!!!

Anyone got any prices on the cost of hiring a horse and carriage in protaras. Checked a few out on websites but they don't advertise the cost.
Yuo may find some useful information in previous wedding topics. If you use the Search facility and search for the word Wedding in Topic Titles it should bring up all the previous wedding topics. They became too long and unmanageable so have been split.

Hello, just wondering did they say why the confirmation would take so long? Medweds got back to us with a confirmed date & time within 24 hours.

Getting married in Paralimni Town Hall, Thomas Cook are organising everything. What I would like to know is this, after the town hall, where does the assigned photographer take you for photographs as I have a place in mind not to far away, the little chapel on the beach in Perenera. Do you think if I asked, he'd take us there or do they have there own places assigned already.
