you can get some wonderful photo's taken while there. they take photo's all the time & then you can check them out on the photo board, you only buy them if you want them.
they also allow you to book an hour with a photographer who takes family & single photo's of you in different places all around the site, i think this worked out about £90 but you get a book with about 10 photos & one of your choice blown up & framed. well worth every penny

foxy, yes we have been twice before, once in Aug 05 and May 07 but never got off of the sunbed, kids always in the pool or clubs, going again 7th aug and definately intend to book jeep safari. dont know whether to book with FC or in town ? also read that on the jeep safari you get very wet and very dirty..........so what do you wear

twinton, agree with you about the photographers, i still have a really good photo of the kids on the wall from aug 05.

With regards to the photographer, I can't recommend them enough if they have the same guys this year.

Last year it cost us about £80 for the private session and we got an album with 20 lovely photos in and a poster size print of our choice. It was great value.

hi regarding jeep safari just wear shorts and an old top . we took towels from the pool as you get very wet and dirty i wont say to much as it will spoil it for you but its a great day out for all the family

Dont usually book this far ahead but most of the holidays ive priced up are so much more expensive for next year and this hotel is still classing my son as a child even though he will be 13 by then and i got a free child place for my youngest son

i looked at the prices for this hotel last night on the internet
Went this morning to book them in a first choice travel agents and they said they would match the online price
Booked it all provisionally this this morning and when i got home i was just flicking on the pc and thought id look up the price again... it had gone up by nearly £500!!!!!

OMG,its gone up to 5 grand now for the same date i booked it

i dont know what is going on with the pricing for this hotel at all

oh my god I have just checked the price again for next year they want £1025 per adult and for my 6 yes 6year old daughter they want £1019.50 can you believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure they tried hiking prices up the year before last and lost out so increased the child age to 16 now they have reduced it again they will lose business again and i cant say i'm not happy the more money they lose the better how can they charge £3k+ for hols outside peak school hol season im in shock
we will not be going here again unless they bring the prices back to earth do they know nothing about the credit crunch people cant afford splash out 1000's to go away when there not used to it

OMG - i thought i was going mad when i checked the prices last week for august 2009. as i posted earlier at first the holiday came out around £5000 and the next day it was £ 3050. i have just checked again for 6 aug - 2 weeks from gatwick - 2 adults 2 kids 14 + 11 and its now £5404.50 including prebooked seats !!!!!! this is over £2500 more than this years holiday, and this year we also managed to book premium seats, cheaper than the normal ones, only booking a month ago. we first went in august 2005 for 11 nights and it was approximately £1700....will defiantely make sure we enjoy this years visit as we won't be going again. Working in a school i have no option but to go in the summer holidays, but believe me school salaries don't stretch very far.....liike most peoples i guess. first choice need to sort themselves out as they will lose alot of customers with these sort of price hikes.......with prices changing daily.

also i would just like to say that FC are being extremely tight limiting free icecream at the beach bar to 90 minutes per day (read this in an earlier post)

Guess what.........just checked FC again and the holiday i checked last night is now down to £3796.50, 2 wks in suite with prebooked seats. Still nearly £1000 more than this year. Two adult and two child prices (14 and 11) but charging 3 adult meals and 1 child meal...how they work their prices out is beyond me !!!

Anyway back to this years holidays, only six weeks to go so better get packing

Yep,ive just checked this morning as well and the price has gone down to £3590.Still more than i paid but better than 5 grand.Why does it keep going up and down,do you think they hike the price up for a few days so that when it comes down we think its a bargain and panic buy ...

Any idea where the cheapest place to buy perfume from - is it at the resort shop? in the village? at Dalaman airport? on the plane? or even at Gatwick?

Also Turkish bath/massage - is it best at the resort or use th tour company in the village which is best/cheapest?

The prices seem daft. Considering we paid £179 each (3 of us) and one free child place to visit last May, I wouldn't bother at those silly prices.

My god that was cheap rob... its costing us £3088 for next august and thats with a 13 year old which most places count as an adult.
I think prices are wat expensive for next year though... the hotel we are going to this year we paid £2300 but for next year it is £3000 and thats without putting my son in as being 13
