Take note of what you eat and drink in all bar/restauraunts write what you get on a napkin thats on the table and always find out the prices beforehand, As if you dont you just might find out you have a larger bill than you actually had to pay, This happens a lot in Turkey but if they see you doing this they will not overcharge you.
No need to leave a drink for me Stew, I get plenty free ones from the many friends I have in Icmeler, Im here to help as much people as I can, I also dont see much point in people paying extra for the same trips, Pricing structures in Turkey are like inflation If they see the will to pay they take it, Wouldnt you?

Many thanks, and earlier you was saying to take sterling over to change up, would you say cash or travellers cheques??

Cash, Everywhere will accept sterling and they might give you sterling back or ask them for Lira but watch that as they will give you a bad conversation rate, Some may charge for T/cheques.

Well that seems to cover most things, as i said earlier we was budgeting on £100 a day for all of us with money over for trips and a bit of shopping , so all seems good to go
