Came back on Monday after 18 days in Icmeler, the temps hit 50C+ in the Sun but in the shade they varied between 33C and 42C and wasn't a problem, the coolest eveing we had was 25C and felt like we needed a cardy as we had got used to the heat, Four nights were quite humid which was the worse bit.

When I first moved out to Turkey it was April, it seemed lovely and warm to me so I was dressed for summer and my husband was dressed in long sleeves and jeans but by October I was wearing warm clothes too as it felt chilly compared to the heat all through the summer. It always made me laught to see them in Jumpers in October but I know why now!

Hi all,
We go back to Belek in 20 days and hope the weather stays hot, we love the heat. :sun2

Went in May and found the the nights so cold, we are used to the Caribbean temperatures. But I was persuaded to go to Belek as OH and son wanted to play golf.

snow-white, we are booked in at the Serine Golf and Wellness Resort. As my OH and son play golf they have 2 golf courses to play on affiliated to the hotel, so cheaper fees for their 4 rounds of golf.
Went to the Cornelia DeLuxe Resort in May and I said previously we did'nt find it hot enough. The Cornelia is a fabulous hotel but we wanted to try somewhere different this time, I hope its as nice.
I shall be chilling by the pool with a :cheers and catching the rays :sun2 while they are on the golf course. A bit of me time!!

I've just come back from Marmaris after having nearly a month there, it seemed to get hotter as time went on. I hope it cools down soon too as I'm fed up with hearing M moan about how hot it is and the lack of rain.....especially when it has rained here everyday since I've been home!

I am going on 8th Sept and hoping it is hot. I have no clue what sort of weather to expect in Sept having only been in June/July before. :)

We are off to Olu Deniz tomorrow and weather forecasts show rain and cloud all week. I am hoping that they are really, really wrong. :(

I definately hope it doesn't cool off. We go on sunday, and have waited for some sun all summer. Including already having spent a cloody week in Ibiza in June.

Well it's about the right temp for me now 28/29 degrees is fine. It's just when it was hitting the 40s that I was worried!

I'm obviously looking at the wrong weather forecasts then!

The temperature as of today in Antalya was 48c in the sun and around 35c in the shade.Evenings hover around the 28 / 30c mark.Having lived here for four years I have to say that this has been the hottest summer that I have known and the humidity has been dreadful.Enjoy your holidays.
