Well it's all booked up here for next August we did look at going to this hotel a few years back but the reviews weren't too good, but sounds like things have improved a lot over the last year. Wonder if this is when they went all inclusive?

Luckily we're used to staying at large hotels, having stayed at the Club Don Toni, Ibiza and the Esperides, Rhodes.

Having read some of the reviews on the other site, it seems its the same old story, you can please some of the people some of the time, etc. One review moaned about the food, then stated "best breakfast ever"

Yes sometimes you read a review and they've said bad things then rated it as good, or rated it good then say how bad it is

Trouble is you can read loads of good reports then if you read one you start to get concerned, but as you say you can please some of the people some of the time etc.. we're not too fussy, as long as theres something on offer we can all eat, and my lot are quite happy with a plate of chips Just hope the rooms are ok, again one review was pleased with their room, another made it sound like something from holidays from hell.

Just have to keep a look out for more positive reviews.

The hotel is good for all ages, it's right in front of the beach, it's got a little souvenir / mini market in the hotel, it's a quite a large hotel and it's really got something for everyone.

Hi, we stayed there three times before it went all inclusive and had a great time.

The main foyer could have done with a revamp (but only because it looked a little old fashioned not because of disrepair) but apart from that we were happy with the standard of accommodation and the food, facilities etc

All Inclusive isn't really our thing so haven't been back

Just back yesterday.

Food BIG disappointment, it was never hot or warm when it should be even when it had just been put straight out..cold..chicken..cold bacon, sausages for breakfast..STONE cold...Son & husband ill 4th day in with vomitting..blame the food..ended up eating out the rest of week, except having the cossaints for breakfast. My son even refused to continue eating the cheap coco pop. Only weatabix, cheap cornflakes or museli for cearal. No rice krispies. Food repetitive..repetitive..in choice..Lunch very very basic..chips, salad mixes..pizza every day..no sandwiches or toasties for lunch..no crisps or nibbles..

Remember to take more money with you as 2 weeks we could not have put up with eating the same COLD food and risk food poison again.

Resturant manager would not allow us to take out cossaints for breakfast on last day. We picked up at 7am, breakfst starts at 7.30 and picnic could not be picked up that early. We ended up starving till plane. Not enough time at airport to get fed. 8 year old was not impressed when we got fed on the plane it was just a very small finger roll with ham, that was it.

Forgot to say it is GERMANS everywhere 80% full..they queue for nothing..very rude..and had enough of them..

We paid £3500 for 2 adult and a kid. Thought for that price it would be decent. You are only paying for the beach location.

We will be at the Condesa tomorrow for 1 week cant wait! Ive read alot of good things about the hotel.

Just finishing the last of the packing now. My brother hasnt even looked at the hotel on the web he said he wants a suprise. I just hope its as good as most find it.

Im at manchester airport writing this in the airport lounge. checked in no probs and have have seats together on thomoson didnt prebook. brother moaning hes starving so gonna go in cafe in a min. very excited about getting there now. only a couple more hours to go for the flight.

hi thinking of going here in may, it says on thompsons sote theyve planned a kids splash area for summer 2011, does anyone know anything about it? if its done or not yet? or if it will be for early- mid may? thanks

I went in May a few years ago just as the hotel opened after the winter and the rooms felt damp and cold.
If you book it ask for a room with a sunny aspect as these rooms were on the other side of the hotel.

linzi there are good and bad rooms I know the best ones if you decide to book you can send them a request.
