Hi Jason T - we went mid-july - kids aged 10 and 13. Turkish baths was quite expensive at hotel -cant remember ho wmuch though. Hotel didnt hire beach towels out. My kids didnt do kids club - but lots going on around the pool etc. They met a great bunch of kids as well - it is so safe that we really relaxed and the kids an about at night - only one way in and out and that is right past reception.

I was there 30th june - 14th July and i had the best time!
great entertainment, gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, maid kept room very clean.
the games room staff were very friendly, and the pool was lovely and refreshing!
Definately would reccomend it!

Hi .. can anyone tell me how far Icmeler is from Club Aida Appts in Marmaris pls. We have ust booked to go there nxt June and someone has told us that we should visit Icmeler. many thanks xx
b3 its not far just jump on the orange dolmus that takes you to icmeler about 10/15 mins & at moment cost is 2ytl. 
thanks for that ... so am i right in thinking its not in walking distance cos we dont mind walking on hols but if we are talking 'miles' thats a whole different matter ... we'r not that energetic haha
Some people do walk it but personally I would be on my knees in all that heat if I attempted it. Dolmuses run every couple of minutes and you can flag them down anywhere. They will pick you up and drop you off anywhere you want.
You could always walk down to beach front & get a water taxi a bit more expensive than a dolmus but a nice way to travel over to Icmeler.

I walked to icmeler from Club aida and it was a real nice walked, stopped off at a kebab place half way there to take a break from the heat, but it is a nice walk if its done slowly!

For all of yous that have been during the school summer holidays, what was the sunbed situation like? We were their the week the schools were off in May and you could get a bed anytime of the day (but it had just opened) Hope to book for next year but the prices are still a bit high for me at the moment. Thanks
hi laudan....we was there end of may beginin of june this year and have booked with first choice for aug 17th nxt year,,,,very reasnable price plus a free child £1500 for 3 of us
Thanks Traccey, never thought of checking First Choice for Aida even though I knew they had merged (Ive been checking First Choice for Club Alize over the road too as we went there in 2006 and liked there too) The prices for Aida with Thomson and FC at the moment are about the same £1550 ish for 1 week school hols in May 2 adults and 2 children 14 & 11 (no free child places). Think I will hand on as we didnt book to about March last year and got a good price. Thanks again.
hi tracey i would hang on as i went to book and was told all the child places from glasgow were gone so i booked and 2 days later there were child places , i was not amused and went back to tomsons who changed it for me £450 of a difference,the next day they were gone again so i was pretty pleased. we are going on october this year and july next year , the best time to get a good price is a thursday , i dont know why , was just told this by ex tomsons employee

we have been looking to book up next year and the price have went throught the roof, the time we went this year and the same time next year is about £472 a diffrence so i really hope the price really come down as we want to go back as we loved everything about thiese apartments.cant believe how the price have went up so much .

Hi Audrey have you tried getting a price on Thomson website for hotel only then booking your flights and transfers seperately. My friend was looking at Onur Air flights for July and was saving herself a few hundred pounds doing it that way.
