Stayed at Koni 14th Aug for 2 weeks. By far the best we have stayed in. Been to lots of places in Greece & Turkey, always been clean but basic. Koni was a superior complex, very big room and everywhere inside and outside the rooms was immaculate. Never saw any litter, was cleaned all the time. Cooking facilities very basic but I don't cook when I go away. 2 pools, 1 for adults only, very peaceful if you want to relax with a book or just sleep for a while! Stalis was good, not too busy, just enough to do. If you want to go anywhere just jump on a bus. Incredibly cheap, went to Heraklion for 12 euros return for both of us. If you want a holiday in Greece try this, you won't be dissapointed. Koni is perfect for families and couples of any age, we are in ours 50's. Not the 18 30 crowd though. Weather reached 40 most days but it was August and we had a good pool to cool off in!
