Anyone know (or have a link) as to what kind of sea temperatures you can expect around Puerto Plata in Late October/Nov?
You might find something here- this is the current sea temperature in the Caribbean.

the sea temps in puerto plata are 27-28 degrees all year round. i've been at xmas and easter and sea's lovely and warm.
