Not a lot the company can do if you´re at sea I guess. It may be worth contacting the cruise line to see what they can offer as I´m sure you can hire/borrow normal wheelchairs on most cruises.

Issues with hire will be, can anyone else fix it, can you take it abroad, how do you move the thing if it does break.
The ships have the skill/tools to fix a lot of things so may be able to help but I wuld not depend on them.
Getting an external repairer in port on the ship could be an problem.
I would probably hire one for a week or two before to make sure it works and you are happy using it.
I would have though these things are reliable, battery, some electronic, electric motor not a lot to go wrong..
