Hello everyone
In 2008 I visited Tunisia and fell in love with the country. Especially the food! There was a small restaurant in the Tunis Medina, (on Rue des Perles and Rue Sidi Khalaf), that cooked the best Tunisian macaroni I have ever had!
After this wonderful macaroni, every time I went to a restaurant in Tunis I ordered the macaroni dish, but it was never this good. I think the recipe must be different.
Now I am back home and I miss this macaroni so much! I am hoping someone can tell me the recipe. This picture is the macaroni from the Rue des Perles/Rue Sidi Khalaf restaurant... Does anyone know the recipe for this? You will have my eternal gratitude!!
Thank you so much!
Unfortunately I'm new so I'm not allowed to post direct links. So here is the link explained in words:

Sorry, I can't help with the recipe but it reminds me of some lovely food, I'll be eating some myself in April.
ps, I think you'll find that is a forwardslash, "\" = backslash.
