I have been trying since the start of March to get in contact with Thomson. Their (premium rate) number constantly says that they are experiencing a 'high call volume' and cuts me off. I have also emailed them twice with the subject 'complaint', it is a legitimate email address, not a 'do not reply'. I have also tried going into a Thomson shop but they won't help because it is an online booking.
Basically we booked online at the start of January to go away in May. Apart from the confirmation email we have had absolutely nothing from them. No letter, no further invoices (which should now be overdue), nothing. I'm a bit concerned. If anyone else is having the same problem please do tell.
