tell me i cannot fly because they didnt recieve my email just wondered if it was normal or should i try and contact ryan air to see if they do have all the details??

hi,i have filled in the form where you have to put your passport details etc,as i know you cannot travel into spain now without this requirement but ryan air havent sent any emails to acknowledge my email to them? is this normal practice as i dont want to get to the airport and have them
