Well most apartments would be suitable to take someone isnt mobile as long as you stay on the ground floor. also if she isnt mobile it means you need some in the centre? or ones on the beach?
if she is ok with one or two steps i would reccommend the mete kleopatra they are nice apartments but have two steps up to the ground floor. also they are close to the centre and to the beach.

Try Dalyan very flat thats why we go plus we love the place, my husband has problems walking.
As said previously make sure you get ground floor, small family run hotels usually more accomadating.

Have a look at Minta, loverly people, apartments really nice, well decorated, looked after, always state before you book ground floor only, have a good time

I'd suggest contacting Icmeler Online - they have a wide range of hotels and apartments in Icmeler and are very very helpful in assisting you to find the right one to suit your needs. Icmeler itself is pretty flat - apart from once you get right up into the old town - and I'm sure you will be able to find something which is suitable.

Another vote for Dalyan, its flat and lovely.

Or Side, flying to Antalya.

Would agree about Dalyan, but bear in mind she will have to get on either a boat or dolmus to go to the beach (which is beautiful). As long as she's OK with that, should be perfect, its a lovely place.
Turunc would also probably be OK, as long as you stayed in an apartment off the main street, maybe Burak or Rose on the ground floor, but you would have to confirm with them there are no steps (I don't think there are). There are lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and the main street is pedestrianised in the evening.
