I can't inderstand why you've dragged this 8 month old post up, especially when you don't seem to be adding value to it at all.

I can understand why you are annoyed. However, Legally Thomas cook followed E.U Law and provided you with vouchers and as for the baggage handlers they have no association what so ever with Thomas cook. So technically the airport ground crew are liable.
