They are Hays Travel which is apparently well known and reputable. It tells you which tour operator it is, so you could also try their sites direct afterwards.

looked on that website you suggested and thought i found one to match all criteria in kefelonia but when i read reviews i found it was up a steep hill
so i,m still looking i think she may have to up the price if she wants a holiday this year.

Have you contacted your local independent travel agent, like the Co-op or worldchoice?

They have systems where they can search by budget and can get you something suitable.
Pricewise she needs to consider a meal will be £13-£15pp, Ticket on departure charge (if she books within 2 weeks) will be £15pp, 20kg luggage, £15 and transfer £20pp. All these are what Thomas cook charge. that makes £65pp just for the extras she wants. That leaves about £100-£160 pp for a flight and acommodation. Not a lot if she has specific needs. You will find Thomson, FC and Olympic will charge a little less for extras.

A decent insurance policy will also be £12-15 upwards depending on her age and medical history.
If her budget is so low will she have enough spending money for going self catering? The euro's not at it's best rate at the minute.

All of these things have to be taken into consideration to ensure she will have a holiday without stress.
