Hi all. Thought I would start this thread since I am hoping to lose a stone in just less than 4 weeks . Would love some ideas for low calorie, tasty meals, SW or others.

I quite often go onto the Slimming World website for recipe ideas as you don't need to be a member to view them.

My recipe is Tandoori Quorn (meat eaters could use Chicken)
Quorn Pieces/Fillets
1 pot natural yoghurt
Tandorri spice powder and garlic
Mix the yoghurt with the spices and garlic. I like quite bit of sauce so use quite a bit of yoghurt. All down to individual tastes when adding the spices and garlic.
Pour over the quorn pieces and marinade for approx 4 hours.
Sometime I cook in the oven and then finish off under a medium grill or you can just grill slowly.
Serve with rice.
Enjoy
A soup recipe - cheap, healthy and so easy to make.
1 x Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 x Tin Baked Beans
Basil
Put ingredients into food processor and whisk until smooth - heat and enjoy.
Just a suggestion - use good quality baked beans and tomatoes.
