My family are flying to Dalaman, Turkey, from Glasgow on 11th June. The holiday was booked with"On The Beach". Her booking states that the flight component is with Onar Air on Flt. No. Ohy437 supplied with a firm called Custom Flights. When she called O.T.B. this morning re her tickets, she was told that they would now be Etickets and would be emailed to her 7-10 days before departure. Is this a coming into the electronic age with this company, or was she just being fobbed off, as seems to be the norm with O.T.B. Alan
