I think - from what I've heard - that TC will release next Thurs/Fri and First Choice/Thomsons will come out a week later as announced on TA by a member of staff. Lets wait and see eh?
Was in Thomas Cook today double checking for summer 2010 and was told on sale tomorrow, will have to wait to see if it happens.
Would be great if its true!!!! 
Nothing TC web page today so it will probably be the next date mon 15th or 25th June
They have come out on a Thursday previously, and I was told 18th!
Well I called into the Thomson branch in Newcastle today as they had advertised on the window summer 2010 on sale now, well that was another blag to get you into the shop, however when I went in they have a board up stating that you can pre-register now for 2010 so I asked the lady as it was heaving in there today and was told they will be on sale to book on the 25th for definite and also online the same time, she also said that if I get a quote on-line they will match the price.

Is anyone else of the thinking that they are going to try and **** us over with the first lot of prices?
I have a feeling that with the low pound their prices are going to have risen quite a bit!
I like to get my holiday booked aerly for the following year but if they try and be silly they can forget it!!!

the lady in the first choice shop, said the reason for the delay was the weak euro to the pound( words to that effect) and they didnt want to price the brochures and then be way out with the costings....
i do think it has all been very messy, and a date should have been set and just stuck too....
i bet if one pulled ranks and released summer 2010 now, the others would quickly follow suit...

Same here, because of work, first come basis, work in a supermarket
So I like to book my holiday 12 months in advance, so based on the price of my holiday july, just under £500 this will determine if I go any where next year
I have to have school holidays because of work , so no holiday bargains for me whenever the brochures come out , but i do like to have something booked by now, or at least browsing through them deciding where i want to go
Well i've just phoned one of our local Thomson's and they are saying 100% that they are going to be released on the 25th June, they said that they were supposed to have been out the 1st week of july but that they have been brought forward. Again though i'm taking this with a large pinch of salt.
i'm on TC's website talking to someone on their interactive online booking help service, so i've asked him!
he's not replied yet!

I would imagine the call centre staff could be told on the day they are selling 2010, I spoke to one who said she checked the system and could only get 18-30, the shop will have to know in advance with getting the shop ready and brochures on display. I have been told twice now its monday and there was no hesitation, straight out on sale on the 15th, unless she is mixed up with 25th. Direct Holidays told me the 25th.
It's 25 June for Thomson Summer 2010 holidays for deffo - friend works there and she confirmed it. BMI Baby released their summer 2010 flights last week!
