Phoned Thomas Cook reservations today, was told they 'think' it will be the 18th but that this could change. I think they're just waiting for one to take the plunge and then as someone else said they'll all follow suit.
Wish they'd hurry up, want to price up packages to help me decide whether to go for my first DIY next year. As BMI flights are out already I need to know what the cost of a package will be ASAP otherwise those flights will go up no doubt and I'll miss the boat

Nothing so far on thomas cook another false dawn, so much for the 15th. Just spoke to thomas cook who are going to release 25th inline with other tour ops.
Things could be looking up on the brochure front . Have been to my local town and walking past Thomas Cook there was a delivery man taking a trolley full to capacity of brochures into the shop , i didn't have time to ask if they were summer 2010 tho else i would have had a few .

I just rang my local TC Office and they said they are expecting brochures tomorrow. Prices have been launched today and are available to book!
Well I just rang TC direct, and they checked but said prices aren't on the system yet. He said they've had an email and prices will be available on 17th!!!! We continue to wait then.........

Exactly! Thomsons have said 25th and that date doesn't seem to have moved. The rumours are worse than the delay itself! No-one seems to know anything! Its really frustrating.
In town this morning so popped into my local First Choice shop and they have also said the 25th.
Just phoned my local TC shop and they said they've been informed today that it'll definately be the 24th!
I am going to pick a date out of the hat its good a chance as any to get the correct date
jings!! i walked past my local TC today and saw PILES of brochures sitting on pallets on the floor and a sign on the window saying "All Summer 2010 on sale now, book now to guarantee low deposits, no flight supplements, great discounts and free child spaces where applicable" so in I trotted, so excited I nearly danced in the door, to be told "sorry, it's only long haul thats on sale" so i said "what about all those brochures there then? surely you can give me one?" "nope, sorry prices are not on the system yet so can't give out brochures!!!!" so i asked when they might get round to putting the prices on the system seen as they've clearly got them in brochures and she told me end of the month, she doesn't have a specific date, just the end of June!!

And was told by all 3 the date will be 25th june for definate...now either this is true or they have all synchronised their answers
the girl in thomson actually said they have been told to have as many staff as possible instore on the day of release as they expect to be very busy....great! not only are we all expecting the prices to extortionate but they`l probably sell out fast if we are not quick

Drove past a First Choice shop tonight and the sign on the front doors says "holidays on sale 25th June - pre-register now", so I guess that's probably the date. Not sure about TC, but fingers crossed ....
gosh,it would be driving me nuts,if i was having to wait,for the brochures to come out.i couldn't stand the waiting & not knowing i already have my 3 holidays booked,for next year.i just love,having something to look forward to

Even the flights are not available to the Antalya area and doing DIY to the luxury 5 star AI that we go to is not really an option. It is usually much cheaper to get a package! We have already got our easter 2010 booked, I booked it when the winter 2009/2010 came out and the price has shot up by over £700. :

I have prices for Direct Holidays next year, just had a call asking if I want to book because I registered early, they have another 2500 to call yet, but internet bookings next thursday 25th.
The hemera prices, side, turkey have rocketed, 4 september 2010 2 adults double room 14 nights £2122, this year my date this year 4th august 2009 2 adults £1675 thats the best flight 7.40 take off. I bed apartment with free child is £3415 to 16 years
