I had many good holidays at Wilksworth as a child in the '70s & '80s and we've been a few times since then. My brother is there at the moment - he goes 2 or 3 times a year with his caravan - we visited them a couple of times last week as we were staying in Poole. As it says on their website; if you're looking for nightlife, bars etc. then Wilksworth is not for you, but if you want a nice relaxing, laid back kind of holiday then it's ideal. The site is immaculately kept and the facilities are second to none, they recently refurbished the swimming pool & it looks fantastic now. The camping field is at the back of the toilet/shower block & there is a large covered washing up area at the back of the block.
Many people go there year after year & I can understand why - I would recommend it to anyone !
