If you want a car seat for your baby in a taxi, you will have to bring it with you I'm afraid. Taxis do not have them available. If you decide to hire a car, then you can ask for the hire company to provide a baby seat, and they will need to know the age of the baby (if you book before you travel) so as to give you the appropriate seat.
