I have been 'messing' about with SW since I came back from holiday in August and then a few family problems has not helped so last night went back to class more focused - out of my target range so need to get back into target (my 1st goal). Had a very good day today. Hoping for a very good week.
Speak soon and keep up the weight losses.

I've had an absolute cack week to be honest, have just eaten anything I fancy really lol! Might not be such a good day on Monday when I weigh, ach never mind, i'll get back to it next week!
Well I thought I would weigh in a day early seeing as though it will be a mad rush tomorrow. I hit my Club 10 10stone 9lbs I still feel a bit ill though so hope this bug wears off for my hols. Well taxi is booked for 1pm tomorrow and I am packing cases again ironing as I go along so if I dont get a chance to get back on here before I go keep up all the weight loss guys and surprise me when I get back.
well i stayed the same this week! not bad considering i've had 2 maccy d's!
Hi i managed to lose 3.2lb's in my 1st week!!!!!!!
i'm struggling now, i've stayed the same again this week i think, although i don't officially weigh in til monday!
ok so i didnt stay the same, but i put 1lb on! never mind, i'm on it now, properly, with no cheating! though its my birthday on Saturday and there'll be food, drink and cake...so maybe i'll be heavier again next monday!!!!!
hey girls, i have managed to lose 2.2lb's this week [ and yes the .2 is very important, as tesco say 'every little helps' haha] hope everyone else is doing well and staying motivated! For me its helped i have joined a gym as i feel too guilty to eat anything naughty and then go in there with all the beef cakes and skinny monnies! See you all next week
am i the only one still here? I had a bad week but still lost 1.4lb this week!

ooh i'm back, i havent stuck to it at all over the last fortnight, lordy i blame you for disappearing lol! i've stayed to same, 12st 13lb, however i think monday might be a bad day, i'm going xmas shopping tomorrow and fantasising about a pizza hut haha!

haha sorry but you left and i went seriously off the rails! i weighed myself this morning and i'm 13st, which means i've put on 1lb, but hey after all the rubbish i've ate this week (i didn't have my pizza hut yesterday, i had a burger king instead! oh and a tesco cafe fried breakfast!) i'm impressed! so far this week i've polished off 2 tubs of pringles (big tubs!) and various other things i shouldnt be eating...i just cant help myself!
I need your help please.
Have been doing SW for a couple of years now and got to target, came back from our holiday to Cyprus in August and put on 5lb - that was fine but can't lose it and now I weigh 10st 5lb so 5.5lb above my high end of target.
I have a couple of very good days and then blow it - aghhhhhh......... I have got back to 'bad old' habits like eating because it is there and eating because it is the weekend.
Started again this morning, have had 2 small slices w/m (B Choice) with baked beans and mushrooms, a lovely nectarine and just had some SW quiche which I have to say is the nicest I have made. Will be eating our Sunday Roast about 5.30pm.
Any tips or suggestions please?????
Want to lose some weight before Christmas - maybe 12lb?

i'd love to help with tips and suggestions Irene but thats exactly what i'm doing and i can't get out of the rut either, sorry!
I have kept to SW 100% today.
Have had a treat or 2 but within syns.
I will start a diary on here and see if that helps - what about you?
