So its back to good old slimmers world and in my first week I have lost that same 3lbs
I have until 27th September to lose some more weight for my holidays

i just can't get motivated...i look in the mirror and think how am i ever gonna lose this weight and i just dont bother trying very hard after that, i can't see the way out
I was always between 8 to 8 1/2 stone when I met my husband 12 years ago. We moved in together and after a year I had to join slimmers world with my mam and I got down to 9 1/2 stone. I thought it might be the pill so I stopped taking it and after not taking it for over 8 years I can safely say that was not what caused my weight gain
I joined SW class with my mam again 2 years ago to lose some weight after having my little boy Caleb and got within 2lbs of my club 10 but had to stop going to class as I changed my working hours and days. So I havent really done that bad since leaving class in May 09 at 10 stone 11 lbs and we did have a fortnight in Cyprus in July
. I have bought the fitness dvd by Claire out of steps as I found her programme quite motivating all I have to do now is try it out and get off the settee

weighed in today for the start point..... I am not going to mention what i weigh, but i have gained 10lb's and want to lose around 9kg's which is roughly 19lb's... I have 16 weeks to do this. I have declared my situation as critical, lol, as my jeans dont fit me apart from one pair

. Lucky I took a grapefruit and a muller light yoghurt in my bait box too. Text my hubby to say horrible and he had a chicken breast with cheese and bacon and salad ready for my tea
and he let me have a couple of his chips
Have just boiled 6 eggs so I think I will have smelly egg sandwiches for dinner tomorrow at least I know they wont let me down
but time of the month so hopefully should see a change next Sunday and hopefully it will be a loss
Well my husband took me to an all you can eat for £5.99 today!!
Back on plan tomorrow 2x weetabix+a cup of tea for breakfast, 1 red grapefruit for 1st break, chicken sandwiches+mullerlight for lunch and steak and salad for tea. RED day!! 4 weeks this Sunday for my holidays so got to be good
I am in a few days this week so determined to be very good.
