OOooooh flossy I thought I was the only person in the world who was allergic to onions!!! Every time we eat out I pick all the onions out of my meal (that were not in the description) by the time I'm ready to eat my meal is always freezing!! It is so much easier to make my own meals and SW is the best eating plan for me as all ingredients can be at your own discretion!!
none of the breakfast suggestions are any good as i am also sensitive to oats and i don't like anything else that they suggest. everyone at work thinks i am a fussy eater but they don't understand what these things do to me. i'm at work at the moment and the chef did lasagne for staff dinner so i couldn't have any. i suppose that's one way of losing weight but i'll probably end up being ill.
I am a fussy eater too! I tend to have either 2 weetabix or a plate of bacon for my breakfast. I am taking a tin of Heinz ravioli in to work for my dinner as all other brand ravioli has onions in. 2 mullerlight yoghurts for my breaks and bottled water which I fill up throughout the day at the machine for free. Tea will probably be slimmers chips or pasta. stayed the same this week better than putting on

lordy, well done for not putting any on this week

i'm not a big lover of breakfast cereals so i usually don't have breakfast. i know it's the most important meal of the day but when i'm on an early shift at work i don't really have time. i start work at 6.30am and i can't stomach food that early. i just have a tendency to pig out on sweets and crisps throughout the day. i also take alot of sugar in my decaff coffee. i don't think i really stand much chance of losing the weight if i carry on like that. no one at work thinks i am fat and i'm not seriously overweight, i've just put a bit more weight on than i feel comfortable with.
Lunch a tin of ravioli and a mullerlight.
Tea my sister made shepherds pie with quorn mince, potatoes and cheese on top. I had lots of water at work and lots of cups of tea at my mams.
Have chicken tikka with salad for sandwiches tomorrow at work in wholemeal wharburtons(small loaf) and more mullerlights!!
Abdominal cruncher out ready with mat for first thing in the morning before I go to work!! Only 5 weeks left til my hols

Weighed myself this morning and in all over the last two months i've lost 12lb

I've been reading all your diet stories over the past months and kept meaning to join in but never got round to it. I am a fan of Slimming World as I lost over 2 stones a few years ago. Unfortunately I seem to put on a few pounds every holiday and Christmas so most of it has gone back on. I have been following the plans on my own but this time it seems to be taking much longer and I often give up for a week or two and then start again. I have a copy of the new Extra easy plan but I can't get my head around mixing Green and Red on the same day!!!
I've got 45 weeks til my holiday and 4 stone to lose, so thats an average of 1lb a week, easyyyy!

So I'm determined to stick with it for my hols next year and get that weight off

No more summer hols to diet for, but i've been swimming at 7am every morning for the past four weeks and i've lost just over 7Lbs so far ..... let's hope i can keep it up this time!!
I have been a bad Miss Pink - I have had a few days off work, and unfortunatley I have eaten far too much and diet has gone out the window. So I am totally ashamed and need to get back on track, not going away this year but I am next April so need to kick start now.
I am going with my other half and his mum and stepdad- his mum is a size 8 and looks great in a bikini

The trouble is that I love my food and I am also quite lazy!! I find the most effective way of making a difference is an exercise class as it makes me work hard, if I work out on my own I dont push myself hard enough. Now I just need to find the motivation to actually go to the class!!
Gone off rails BIG style opver last 12 months. Go my holidays 1 week today and I'm heavier than I was when expecting

Well I go to Rhodes in October so when I come back from summer hols I am going to try and cut down on vino and shape up a bit.
