Well 3lbs off for me too!!! My jacket potatoe the other night was bad I thought seeing as though it was so big I would cook it for hours and have a lovely soft centre. I obviously cooked it too long as when I cut into it it just deflated!!! Hubby thought it was hilarious and made himself pizza and chips He made it up though by cooking a huge jacket potatoe for my tea tonight which I filled with beans and a sprinkling of cheese. mmmmmhhhhh. I think I fancy pasta tomorrow cant go wrong!!!

I went to WI Last night and lost the 1.5 lb that I put on last week.

Thanks guys!! Hey I wish I could find the plug to deflate myself it would be much quicker getting thin!!!! Well hubby finally got the air walker out from under his clothes!!! it is now in the conservatory so all the neighbours can see me trying to sweat the weight off!!! I would have preferred it to be in the loft with my other exercise things but at least I can use it now instead of it being a clothes hanger upper!! Done 5 mins this morning and another 5 tonight when I got in from work. Hubby said is that all?? Told him to go on himself and he was knackered before 5 mins was up Had chicken peri peri for dinner with salad very nice and I think I will have chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese again tomorrow as it was very tasty.
Well, another pound off, so that's three to go in as many weeks, only thing is it's my birthday next monday and I'm having my birthday/hen night meal on saturday, Italians and lots of wine.......what is a girl to do.
Have been airwalking for 10-15 minutes every morning and night and trying to stick to plan as much as possible. I've been walking to shops to post ebay parcels rather than going in the car!!! Will weigh myself in the morning to see if loss or gain
Well can you believe it I put a pound on but I can feel the difference from all the exercise and I am now up to 20mins on the airwalker. Start my new shift at work next week so considering jogging with hubby when my parents have our little devil. I have been working Monday to Friday 16:00 - 20:00 but will now be doing Tuesday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 so my parents are going to have him overnight from the Tuesday to the Thursday!! Will miss him so much but it means I can have 4 full days with him too
Lordy - don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat, so just because you put a pound on doesn't mean its the end of the world.
1lb to go in two weeks, bring it on.

meh i put 2lb on last week and probably the same again this week lol, weigh in tomorrow, but last night i had a friend round who is in the middle of a sh!tty breakup so we had ice cream and chocolate and alcohol and soppy films, the usual break up cure lol!
that sounds like a good enough reason to me!!!

Only problem now is, got on the scales last week and OMG knew i'd put some weight on, but I was half a stone heavier than the worst I thought it would be
So for the last week i've had no choc or cakes, no butter on sandwiches or on jacket spuds etc.... and the good news is, I'm down 5lb
Feeling really please but still got a long long way to go and just know its always more in that first week.

Well done Marie thats excellent. I watched a programme last night about Claire from Steps losing weight for her wedding and I thought it was very inspiring. I hope I have lost this week as I have been exercising everyday on airwalker, abcruncher and pulley step. Trying to stick to SW as much as possible and eating lots of salad and fruit if naughty to compensate!!!

After avoiding the scales for so long now I keep getting the urge to jump on them everyday. I really need to start doing some exercises, its ok losing lb's but my stomach looks like it needs serious attention
Tonight the chocolate has been calling me from the cupboard.............. ended up with an apple!
Just remained the same this week, that last pound is always a bugger to shift
Really looking at what I eat and writing everything down.
I know I am at target but would to lower this. Am going to see what happens by the end of June.
