Hi, we've got a holiday booked for this August which I was thinking about cancelling due to finances. But at the mo i'm thinking lets just go!

Only problem now is, got on the scales last week and OMG knew i'd put some weight on, but I was half a stone heavier than the worst I thought it would be
So for the last week i've had no choc or cakes, no butter on sandwiches or on jacket spuds etc.... and the good news is, I'm down 5lb
Feeling really please but still got a long long way to go and just know its always more in that first week.
Good luck to anyone else trying to lose a few lb's before take off!
