I stayed the same aswell, but i'm right back on the diet today, i need to lose this weight before my holidays!
Hope you have had a good week whatever plan you are following.
Last week I mentioned about keeping a 'food diary' on here and some of you thought it was a good idea.
Apologies for not stating it - won't go into detail but it was an awful week at school so didn't make it on here.
I have had quite a good week on SW - weighed myself this morning and hope to lose 11lbs = by Christmas?
OK starting today:
Breakfast/Lunch - Satsuma followed by a whole tinned toms on toast (1 x Hexb) - we are going shopping for a new 3 piece suite so not sure what time I will get lunch, will take fruit with me.
Evening Meal - Quorn roast with sweet potatoes, loads of veg. No Gravy.
Will use my Hexa for milk in coffee so could be an EE day?
Have a great day everyone.

Today hubby made bacon stottie for breakfast with a large cup of tea it was lovely but not part of the plan! I made Sunday lunch chicken, cauli, broccoli, carrots, roast potatoes (fry light), 2x small yorkshire puddings and gravy. Then my sister made chocolate cake with ice cream for pudding! All I will have for the rest of today will be diet pop otherwise I will go bang!
ah well i put on 3lb this week...that'd be the KFC on Saturday and the 2 bacon egg & potato scone rolls for brekkie yesterday!! have been faithful today though, i'm gutted with myself for putting that amount on!
Argghhh! I have been so good today then hubby bought an Indian takeaway Why is it so hard to lose and so easy to put on
i'd like to know that answer aswell! I've been faithful today so far too, hopefully *hopefully* i'll do well this week, I'd hit a block and just could not stop eating with any luck i've sorted it now though! had lost 2lb this morning but its not weigh in day til next Monday, however if i'm losing 2lb a day i'll be chuffed! Ah well its nice to dream haha!
Lordy, I noticed you mentioned roasties made with fry light , are they good ? I am about to go on a much overdue diet and am looking for tips , I am one of those who need to mentally prepare before I go on a diet, so I am enjoying reading everyones tips at the moment.
Sorry not been able to get on site for last couple of days. We are decorating at home - lounge and the house is upside down.
Yesterday as it is half term - and I am lucky to be off for a few days we went to Blackpool for the day, I had chips and mushy peas, some sweets in the car on the way home a packet of crisps and a choclate bar biscuit, but feel as I walked the length of the prom from Bisham to Starr Gate and some more I might get away with STS this week - I don't weigh in until Tiesday.
Today:
BF was 1 x slice W/M with tinned toms
Lunch was some 'free' home made vegetable soup and a small slice of SW quiche.
EM will be meat free meatsball with pasta and I will make a tomato sauce
Will use my other HEX as and when I want/need them.
Syns will be for a nice glass of red wine later.
It is only 8 weeks until Christmas Eve- lets go for it.

YAY I've lost 2lb this week! I've not really been dieting but I have been having smaller portions and had quite a stressful week. Hopefully I can lose another 2 before I go away next week.
Hi there, I havent been on for a while as I didn't get any prompts wonder if it is the change to the site screen. Anyway I was 11stone this morning but we have had lots of naughty food this weekend up at Seahouses! I am practically living off SW chips at the moment I cant get enough of them and roast potatoes. They are gorgeous and I am so glad they are free! Well another 2 weekends before we go back up to Seahouses for the weekend so need to be good!
well i lost my 3lb i put on last week probably won't lose anything next monday though because i feel this might be a fat week, eat everything i can see lol!
We are going to Benidorm this week so I expect I shall put some weight back on but at least I know how to get it off again. My downfall will be the liqueurs and Sangria which I enjoy on holiday!

Have a fab time and well done on your weight loss! I have an anouncement to make to you all I am pregnant So I will still be following SW as best as I can and still need all your support and tips! In fact I have a big batch of SW chips in the oven now as I think they will keep me on the straight and narrow I cant get enough carbs at the moment and free chips are better than lots of sins crisps!
Let me be the first to congratulate you and lots of congratulations.
Due date will be 1st July! My mam is a midwife and when they have over weight mums to be they can recommend SW to them and they get it at a special rate to keep them healthy through pregnancy so I know its ok to follow the plan. I'm not hugely over weight I would just prefer to be about a stone lighter bit late to say that now though I only put on half a stone when pregnant with Caleb so I would prefer not to go above 11stone 7lbs if I can help it!
Congratulations on your news, I hope you have a healthy and happy pregnancy, whilst following the SW plan.
Best Wishes
Sue
of your replies .
Have never done WW before but my sister has and ended up returning to SW as fruit is free and you can eat as much vegetables which are also free on SW. I struggle for breakfast but find the easiest things to have as you dont need to weigh or sin them is 2 x weetabix (healthy b) and milk (from healthy a) or 2 slices of small WM toast with poached/ scrambled/ fry light fried eggs. I often have a large red or pink grapefruit too which is also free. There are so many free foods to chose from but I do prefer green days as pasta, potatoes, rice, cous cous are all free and very filling my favourite free food is SW chips, quorn stir fry and pasta with arrabiatta sauce. A good filling meal in the winter is always a huge jacket potato with beans(free) and cheese on top(healthy a) or home made soup with WM bun.
Hi Lordy. Thanks for your reply. Bit the bullet and went to a Weight Watchers meeting tonight and signed up. Saw someone I knew there so we decided to have a go. Been like a locust in the fridge tonight ready for start of diet tomorrow . Will keep you posted.
