Stcking again this week, what going wrong :(
I even managed to break ther front offside spring on my car getting in it this afternoon!!!!!!! :yikes Think I need to focus more on the diet.

Was happy with that - didn't give it 100% and didn't plan as much as I should.

Its been a long time since I was on this thread last. Think its about time for me to pull my socks up and start the summer diet thing again. Only 18 weeks to go till I hit the beach/pool and ive got a huge winter skin to lose ;)

Everyone seems to be doing really well. Congratulations Lordy - you should be eating whatever you want (within reason) at the mo. I put on all my weight after I had my daughter not during.

Anyway getting back on the SW plan from tomorrow - strange day to start I know, but its as good as any. Ill let you know how it goes.

Thanks Sarah! I'm actually finding it really hard to eat anything other than cereal and cereal bars!! I had the same problem in my last pregnancy I just look in the cupboard and fridge and think blurrghh! I just wish I felt like that when I wasn't pregnant then I might not have the problem of slimming for holidays and special occasions!

woop i've lost 2lb last week and 2lb this week so thats me 12st 9lb now, I've officially now lost 1 stone!

Well done Leanne!! I have put a couple on but have been being really good so baby is obviously growing by the size of my tummy anyway :yikes Am sticking to mainly cereal still as nothing else is appealing to me!! Going shopping today after soft play for Caleb so need to be firm with hubby and Caleb on the sweet, biscuit and crisps isle :rofl

Up to last week I had lost 13 lbs but went to WW tonight and had gained 2.5 lbs :cry . Not surprised though cos I haven't stuck to it for weeks. Got next weekend in London then after that I need to stick with it and try and lose at least another stone before my holidays in July and August.

Have been generally good - need to do more planning and USE my slow cooker.

Well I weighed in last night and have put on 1.5lb :(
Starting today with 7 days of planned menus - writing everything down!!!!!!!!!

I write everything down Irene and I find it helps me and my diet works better when I'm writing everything down.

Don't be disheartened though, if I can do it anyone can :)

Hi Ladies, i have been here on and off before. Christmas is long gone but the weight still remains! I have 9 weeks till my holiday and my goal is a stone in weight to be OFF by then :) I am seriously lacking motivation and although i am buying holiday clothes i think they wont fit if i carry on like this.... so as of Monday i am ON THE JOB! I will weigh in each wednesday....

I lost 1lb last night and I have re-read my Slimming World books and done a lot of planning for the next few weeks. I am hoping to lose 15lb to get me to a target I mentally set when I joined SW.
Lets go for it.

Hi all :wave Well despite the best of intentions, I havent managed to diet properly at all. I havent lost anything, but I havent put anything on either which is a bonus.

I have made a real effort to follow plan (SW) today and feel really positive about it. I am also starting a new training programme next week with a friend who has just qualified as a personal fitness trainer and in a strange way, im really looking to that as well :really. So I have big plans for the next 16 weeks when ill hopefully be able to keep to both plans, lose some weight and get myself fit and toned for my holiday. Ive got my fingers crossed anyway.

Hello....we booked a cruise on Friday and I have until 2nd April to sort myself out! I'm as fat as butter, but luckily I started my healthy eating plan (Slimming World online) a month ago (lost 13 lb so far)...I won't be at my goal by the time we go away, but hopefully I'll shift another 10 lbs or so. At my age I won't be in a bikini or anything similar...the very thought :yikes

One good thing...having been on the Island Escape before I know that I will be able to eat healthily whilst I'm onboard....the choices include lots of lovely fruit and veg....and cocktails are technically fruit aren't they? ;)

Hi - Well done on your loss.
I go to a SW class and have done for nearly 2 years, my total loss to date is 1 stone 2.5lbs. I did lose a bit more but gained a little and now have decided that this year is going to see the 'new' me.
I have given up sweets, chocolate, biscuits, cakes and crisps for lent and have set myself a target of 10lb by Easter Sunday (4th April) which is the same as yourself.
I am doing the EE plan this week as a vegetarian I have not looked at this in depth before but up to now have had 5 good days. Tuesday is WI day.

I stayed the same last week, but that was allowed because I was taken out for a meal on valentines night and was proposed to, so got very drunk and ate loads haha!!

But I've lost another 2lb this week :-)
