Leanne I am so sick of eating cereal but it is the only thing I can eat without feeling sick or getting heartburn!! I have tried everything but it is just proving pointless. I dream about SW chips with lots of salt and vinegar so I hope this is just a pregnancy thing and I havent gone off them forever. Lots of people have commented on the fact that I look like I have a football up my top as I havent put weight on anywhere else so I should really be grateful that I am just eating cereal!!

Well done Miss Pink, thats brilliant :tup I remember when I first lost all of my weight and the first holiday I went on afterwards was definately a bikini affair - had to be done :D

Well for myself, not doing too bad. Only had one major slip up this week which was yesterday when I had something naughty and greasy from Greggs :duh but I didnt want a mayo filled sandwich so it seemed the best of the two evils (well thats my excuse anyway ;) ). Training officially starts Monday morning. Had a really long conversation with the instructor and explained that I wanted to lose at least 1 inch all over before June. She said it was definately achievable in 15 weeks with loss of possibily a few more inches. Im really excited especially as I brought myself a new top yesterday and went for the smaller size cause im optimistic about things.

Good days all

Hi Sarah I am not quite comfortable enough to wear a bikini - I know there are ladies lots larger than me that are comfortable in their own skin and happy to wear em - I would rather things stayed tucked in :rofl until I feel ok about letting em out.

I am sure that you will get your inches off with your exercising - good luck :tup

Just caught up with recent posts.
Well done to the 'losers' :rofl
I managed to lose 1.5lb at SW class last week - 2 weeks on the run and a weight loss - ages since that happened.
Have had quite a good week this week although not managed any extra easy days which I really think helped last week.

I still dont really understand the extra easy days Irene!! Well done on your loss!! I maaged to eat SW chips on Friday and they were lovely but I spent most of Friday night in the bathroom getting rid of them so best to just leave it until this baby is born and hopefully I will be able to eat them again!! :( Have gone off all my favourite foods like Indian, chinese, pasta and jacket potatoes!! Am well and truly sick of cereal. I think this will be my last pregnancy!!

Lordy - You poor thing, you seem to be suffering - although it will all be worth it very soon.
When I was pregnant my taste buds changed - so much so that I became a vegetarian not long after our youngest son was born. I used to be a big red meat eater but couldn't stomach meat when I was pregnant although could eat chicken (but normally hated chicken).
Children have a lot to answer for. :rofl

Funny you should say that Irene I cant even look at meat when shopping yet I can cook and eat a sunday dinner made with chicken no bother!! Of course hubby forgot to defrost the chicken for today so I made pizza, chips and salad. I ate a couple of chips and 1 slice of pizza with a bit salad than gave up!! blurgh. It might make it easier for losing the weight afterwards though :D

Aww Lindsay you're having a time of it! Not long to go though and it'll all be worth it, a gorgeous baby and a plate piled high with SW chips :rofl

Well done Leanne you are doing really really well :cheers Just keep thinking what you are gonna look like all skinny and brown on the beach I always think of this to inspire me ready for my holidays. Half the time I get there and there are always other people who havent bothered to diet and still wear bikinis :yikes but at least we make an effort :tup

well done Irene!

i lost another 2lb this week so only 5lb to go and i'm under 12st!! haven't been this light since I was 16, though I'm only 22 now lol!

Since I stopped counting what I eat and just eat 3 meals a day with minimal snacking I seem to be doing well, but counting everything I eat doesn't seem to work for me!

It was weigh in tonight and stayed the same - bit disappointed but have had two days of pigging out a bit - so staying the same was better than putting on I guess, well done to those of you that have lost this week
