I think it got altered slightly in the new year so depending on when you last did it it may have changed slightly, the 2/3rds of your plate is now only the new superfree foods (fruit and superfree veg) but in between meals you can snack on things that are free on both plans (the old superfree list so fruit and s/free veg, eggs, quorn, mullerlights etc)
