Will go slightly off plan today off - hubbys birthday. I am making a SW curry but with have 3 small 'indian nibbles' a few mini poppodoms, some naan bread followed by a small individual Tirimasu and a couple of glasses of wine.
I may add up the syns later.
Hoping that if I limit syns over next 4 days until weigh in I will at least maintain?
I have been giving SW 100% recently and given up sweets, chocolate, crisps, biscuits and cakes for Lent and only seen a small loss in all those weeks
