I have been giving SW 100% recently and given up sweets, chocolate, crisps, biscuits and cakes for Lent and only seen a small loss in all those weeks

Weigh in was Wednesday and knew it was going to me a a bad one this week - had my family celebration meal and ate tons and chamagne and had two business lunches - so put on two pounds onwards and upwards
Very pleased as I had hubbys birthday on Friday and then some nibbles including a few choocies and some crisps over the weekend - it goes to show that if I can keeep things in moderation I can still lose.

We've discovered the tefal acti fry, makes 3 decent portions of chips with 1 tbsp of oil! Works out about 2 syns per person if doing it between 3 people, makes other things as well. Chips are every bit as nice as those done in a normal frying pan.
Have heard lots of reviews all excellent about the Actifry - don't think hubby would be happy if I bought another itchen appliance.
Seriously I hardly ever eat chips - nothing to do with SW.
I use my slow cooker a lot - going to do another pot of the 12 super speed vegetable soup today - delicious.
Also remembered my mum gave me a GF grill - must get it down from the cupboard.

HAve been on holiday from work so eating patterns slightly different - went to class last night and lost 2lb
Couldn't believe it - takes me back into my target that I set over 18 months ago.

I've re-joined the gym and been really good on slimming world and gained 1lb really don't understand it!
Wondering if it's because I've been obsessing on the diet, so had a chippy tea to cheer myself up

We have just booked to go back to Cyprus on 11th August - This year I will be at my target - only 12lbs to go but it is taking ages.

i now weigh 12st 4lbs, can't remember what I was the last time i checked in on here, but I'd put on 2lbs this morning again
7 weeks on Sunday til I go on holiday, I've no chance of being 9st 7lbs...meh!
I went to WW Monday and had lost 1.5 lbs but only because I've been ill and haven't felt like eating (plus the fact I can't taste a thing ). My taste buds seem to be a tiny bit better today so I've been eating anything and everything I can lay my hands on to see what I can taste .
Just got back from WW - lost 4 pounds this weeks - pleased with that, fingers crossed for flights ok next week so will be 4pound lighter in the swimmie.
hi all not been on this thread for a few weeks. quick update on my progress mon 5th april lost 2lb , mon 12th april gained 1lb , mon 19th april lost the 1lb i had gained the previous week and mon 26th april lost 1lb. so altogether i have lost 1st 5 lb now.
I gained 0.5lb at WI last Tuesday - Had to pay fior class as I was 4lbs below my target weight so I have now lowered target to 9st 9lbs.
Hope to lose a llb this week - must say last few days of April were bad - lots of chocccie at work and as it is the TOTM I gave in.

Going to WW for my weigh in tomorrow when I expect to have gained a couple of pounds . Have lost 16 lbs over quite a few months but cant seem to get into diet mode . Lost my sense of taste and smell a couple of weeks ago but they have returned and so has my appetite. Got a night out this week but after that aiming for a loss of 2 lbs per week. Wish me luck!! Gx

Ive been dieting for just over 2 weeks now and have lost 9 pounds, im now 13 stone 7 pound and have 11 weeks to go till holidays. i want to try and get to at least 11 10 but i think im being a bit too optimisitc, anyone with any tips or anythiung that night help please post
