womblesun,

Please quote your flight numbers when you can. LGW-CUN-LGW (TOM076/7) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. The aircraft flew to Barbados today (TOM016/7) and is due back in the morning for your flight. Expect G-OOBK to be operating your flight. You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide.

I am going on flight tom108 and have been allocated seats 1 c and d in premium.. I have been told that these are not good seats. Should I try and change them?

lizschool,

Welcome onboard :tup
Your flights are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. Further details are as my post to womblesun above. Those seats are fine, but seating is always personal preference. What have you been told to suggest they aren't good seats? They are located at the bulkhead. Even though there's plenty of legroom, those with long legs may not be able to strech them out fully. Apart from that, they are the same as the other premium seats.

I am travelling from Manchester to Montego Bay in Thomson Premier. I know that the configuration of seats is 2 - 3 - 2 and that there is no 1A and 1B, which seats would be better, 2A and B or 3A and B, anyone had these seats. I know there is no footrest with the 2A and B, but would that matter, would there be more room, with no one in front. Any help appreciated, or any other seat in Premium recommended. Just hoping the extra expense is worthwhile.

enaj,

Are you on the TOM186/7? Flights are currently operated by a former Thomsonfly aircraft (767). Seating is personal preference. Bulkhead seats are fine and offer slightly more room overall, but those with longer legs might not be able to strech out. The row behind you have the benefit of putting your feet under the seat infront and the foot rest. It is very much personal preference though. The other seats are all the same.

Hi guys

Can anyone post me the full drinks menu for premier class on TOM longhaul? Cheers!
Reply
mrdisco,

Thomson Airways don't publish their drinks list. There's plenty available though, don't worry! There's vodka, gin, brandy, whisky, baileys, bicardi plus others, mixers / soft drinks, hot drinks, lager, bitter, wine. Pretty much everything apart from champaigne.

Hi Darren, yes that is the flight we are on. What would your preference be 2A/B or 3A/B. I am 5ft and my husband is about 5 8" thanks for your help.

enaj,

As I mention, it's personal preference so not for me to say really. It's nice not having anyone in front so there are no seats reclining in to your space. Given your heights, streching legs out shouldn't be a problem (I don't have that problem either!).

Thanks for your help and quick replies, I have just sorted my seats and have 3A and 3B going out, and 2A and 2B coming home. I was asking these questions as something had gone wrong with the Thomson system and my original seats got changed after the travel agent had booked them for me. Anyway, sorted now. Do you think I need a copy of the confirmation of these seats, (my printer isnt working) or now I have had the confirmation I will be o.k.

enaj,

Once things are booked, you should be fine. However it's always advisable to have booking confirmations with you just in case they are needed.

Have travelled on Thomson 767 ER to Sanford in seats 2A/2B. I am 5foot 6inches ,my son slightly taller. No problem at all with leg room but if you are wide-bodied like my son and I ,in 2A/B the meal tray comes out of the seat arm and can be a tight fit ! In 3A/B as far as I can remember the meal tray folds down from the back of the seat in front and gives you a bit more room. It is also easier to get out and put away. We both found premium economy excellent value and very comfortable bearing in mind our central girth!
Have a good holiday!

Gav678,

It's too early to know the specific aircraft registration for Thursday (ex-FCA 767-300/ER), we'll know on Wednesday. It makes little difference anyway. The inbound aircraft operates TOM058/9 (Barbados) usually.

Your flights are currently operated by a former Thomsonfly Boeing 767-304/ER. These are configured 2-4-2 in economy. You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide. BY-TOM-AMM-FCA posted the November / December IFE listings here. The listing for January / February won't be released until the end of December.
