As an agent myself working for an online company, it is nice to see you helping people on here and i think your management should give you great credit for this. Internet companies can be faceless (if thats the word) especially in these circumstances and your knowledge, helpfullness and commitment to this site i think is appreciated by all.
Such a shame that other internet based companies can't seem to grasp or acknowledge the word service.
I think little things like what you are doing on here just goes to show that being cheap doesn't mean you have to compromise on service.

I second that. Never had such a good service from an online travel agent. Infact I usually get terrible service from them. Will def book with Travel Republic again.

We were told by A1 that they would be paying us back for the accommodation but we have to claim from
CAA for the flights. Can understand the latter for receiving payments back but don't know why A1 are
keeping hold of our money for so long. We have spoken to them but got nowhere - never answer my e-mails
either !!
Just had a letter from CAA today to say that my claim is sorted and refund to be payed in a couple of days.
We got told yesterday from the CAA that they

They sent the form back as I hadn't filled it in correctly and I returned it about a month ago , Still not heard anything and I'm getting quite worried.

Your posted is better suited to the ddicated Onur Air topic. What is there to worry about? They are a reputable charter operator used by many independent tour operators. They may only operate a basic service, but I'm sure your flights will be fine. They aren't an airline I'd say are my first choice, but that's a personal opinion. You'll find many happy customers on this forum.
