I think these are literally metres away from the Avenida Hotel. The Avenida Hotel is on Calle Gambo with the Avenida apartments just across the street. As you step out of the Avenida Hotel, turn left and Avenida Martinez is street which runs straight down towards the Beach or up towards "walking street". I think these apartments might be straight over the top of the Ale Hop Shop right across the street from the takeaway pizza place on the other corner!

Hi picklepange ... as Taggy suggests, Estudios Benidorm are on Avenida Martinez Alejos near its junction with Passeig De La Carretera (better known as The Walking Street) and Calle Ruzafa.

Just be careful who you book with as we have had some confusing discussions about this complex in the past. It seems that a few booking agencies mistakenly mixed up photos and descriptions of Estudios Benidorm, Estudios Sol and Hotel Sol. Holidaymakers could easily book one, thinking that were staying in another. Estudios Sol and Hotel Sol are completely separate complexes, in neighbouring streets of the Old Town.
