Hi Carrie, take a look at Trevornick caravan park,it has a pool ,clubhouse and amusement park,we stayed there about 6 yrs ago so it may have changed but we enjoyed it there. It is only a short drive from Newquay and other attractions,we would have gone back but my daughter lives in Newquay now so we stay with her,T.

Thanks for that.

Can you tell me a little about Newquay. We went just once for the day to the Blue Reef but felt Newquay itself was a bit noisy and crowded with teenagers. Wondering if that was a bad reflection on Newquay and don't want to rule it out if it is.

Thank you
Carrie

Newquay is a surfers paradise, hence lots of teenagers but there are some beautiful beaches nearby, you can walk onto Holywell beach from the caravan park,or drive to lots of different beaches. There is usually a circus in Newquay during high season, fireworks at Lands End a couple of times during the week,Crealys,an adventure park that the children loved,Eden project not too far away, lots to see and do,we had our young son and grandchildren with us and had fabulous weather and a great holiday.T.

Depending on what you want to do, there are also lots of self catering accommodation - not always on a holiday park as such.

Our family is quite active so we were happy to lose the clubhouse and just go kayaking and surfing every day.
