brewerdave,
Sorry to hear of your problems and I can fully understand where you are coming from having been on the wrong end of a 52 hour delay myself. From your description, Thomson Airways did everything they needed to to cater for your needs until they could get you on your way again. Any compensation or other claims should be directed towards your insurance company. Think of the costs involved in hotelling everyone, aircraft fuel, staff time etc to resolve the situation. That's way more than any compensation!

Your flights are operated by a Boring 767-300/ER, probably from the former First Choice fleet. You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (see below). The IFE listing won't be released until the beginning of May.

Thanks for that Darren, could you tell me where I will find the IFE listings when they come on in May.
andyjardo,
Thanks again Darren, your very fast!!!! Could you then tell me what the movies are for April, I'm new to this forum and I'm not sure what you mean by getting the information by a thread?

Thanks for all replies - thought it was worth asking anyway - at least we went for two weeks - quite a few of the passengers were on 1 week breaks!
Thanks guys,very useful information.
I was wondering whether you would be able to tel me which aircraft I'll be flying on:
LGW - SSH 1 May TOM 632
SSH - LGW 12 May TOM 627
Many thanks,
Welshy
Your Outbound Flight (TOM632) Will be operated by a Boeing 767-300 (Winglets)
Your Inbound Flight (TOM627) Will be operated by a Boeing 757-200 (Winglets)
More information on both aircraft types on our what aircraft? thread

Can anybody advise what seat rows dont have a window on the Thomson Airways 737-300.
WellFan,
thanks Darren
Hiya, can anyone tell me what routes the 767 will be operating for this summer from manchester (short haul)
There's too many to mention. We're happy to provide aircraft information for flights you are planning on taking however.
Darren
Great site i must say and very informative. I am flying from Gatwick to Mombasa on 4th October on TOM040 i think, is it too early to advise where this flight will be travelling from to pick us up?
Charlie
Hi Dazbo, you said earlier this week that I most probably be traveling on a Boeing 767 (old First Choice 2-3-2), I found on another site it's an boeing 767 (Thomsonfly 2-4-2) flight Tom144/5, is there a chance they can change aircraft? I say this because I've already booked and selected seats on row 33 e,f,g (my daughter wants a window seat). If they have changed aircraft, whats the chance of re-selecting seats? there's no way of doing this on their web site once you have selected seats!
any info regarding flights tom328/329 lgw to ssh on 4th July/18th July 2010, which plane, ex tom or first choice ect. thanks alot
Alex
