I have found alturabeds.com which are some sort of booking agents...whether they are the same as altura xml ???

I found that, shows UK phone number but the site is registered in Spain and part of a tangled web of companies.

thanks for your help that must be it.i was just checking the company that the reservation was booked through for peace of mind .

Altura xml is the same as alturabeds, the xml bit is simply how it was booked, via an xml feed from broadways system to altura's system.

Don't worry, have used altura many times before, they have generally been good and have alot of english speaking staff there too.
