Hi,
Flying on the B757 Winglet soon, TOM 7304, would you know if seat 5F has a good window view ie its not half a window .
Thanks
tigger,
Hi, still just a bit befuddled as have now picked up our tickets flying LGW to DALAMAN 28/06/10 with First Choice dep code TOM848 dep 07.40 arr 13.45 and am still unable to find this flight code on the Gatwick flight timetable, its still showing as TOM862 (dep 07.40 arr 17.20.......long flight!! this is the flight code on our original booking invoice). We have booked our seats and the config is 2-4-2. I know you answered this query before but would have thought the systems would have been updated by now? No big deal just seems a bit strange and will be annoyed if we don't get the seats I prebooked because config is different Any thoughts much appreciated, thanks
I would ignore the timetable on Gatwicks website. It will have been uploaded months ago and may not take in to account changes in flight numbers since it was uploaded. Your flight details haven't changed since your last post.

TOM126 & 127 Return. MAN to PUJ 14th August / 28th August.
Do you know if this will be an ex Thomsons or Ex FCA aircraft?
Many thanks for your extremely kind assistance.
Your flights (TOM126/7) are scheduled to be operated by an ex Thomsonfly Boeing 767-304/ER (G-OBYJ is the Longhaul Config Aircraft)

2 questions if you can help.
I am flying TOM 144 on 11th july from manchester to cancun.
Please can you tell me where the incoming flight into manchster arrives from prior to our flight taking off to Cancun.
Also does anyone have any recent experience of flying premium with Thomson into cancun and baggage coming off first.
Last year we were first off the plane and I kid you not, our bags came off last and our own bags were last off the belt, which was a nuisance to say the least given we were supposed to be premium passengers.
thanks
gaz
Yes there are still problems with G-OOBK and a short haul B767 G-OBYF is currently being used in addition to the long haul G-OBYJ, this is also causing delays to other B767 flights. G-PJLO has also just come back from a major problem, whilst 3 short haul aircraft were forced to divert with problems over the weekend so its just a little out of kilter at the moment.
The aircraft operating TOM144/5 comes in from Holguin, Cuba (TOM108/9). Even though you are a premium passenger and have priority luggage, it's not always the case they are taken off the aircraft first, even though they should be. I've had my luggage a couple of times before premium passengers. To a certain extent, it's out of Thomson Airways hands as it's local handling agents that unload the aircraft. Unless you have a private transfer, you'll still have to wait for other passengers once you clear the channels so you aren't saving that much time, just the crush round hte carousel.

Thanks Gower for your super quick reply.
Hi, looking to travel out to cancun on either the 6/7 from East Mildands or 7/7 from Manchester. I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that both the return flights hve been significantly delayed. do you know if either of these flights have been delayed on the outbound journey as i am currently reluctant to book our holiday if this continues to distrupt forthcoming flight schedules.
The last couple of weeks have been quite bad for delays at all the airports in the UK and abroad for Thomson, however 8 in 10 flights have departed on time this week, its just unlucky if its delayed, of course i cannot say it wont be delayed but i wouldnt let it stop me from booking as delays can happen with any airline at any time.
Both my wife and I are due to fly from LGW - MLE on Sun 13th June, Flt No TOM54, returning 28th June on TOM55.
I have pre-booked seats 40A and 40B both ways. Can anyone tell me if seat 40A has a window as it is at the very back of the aircraft which I believe to be the 767-300ER in config 2-3-2, although I could be wrong there.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Dan
Yes there will be a window at your seat and correct it will be 2-3-2, you will be close to the toilets and thats up to you whether you believe this is a good or a bad thing.
In all honesty I chose the back of the aircraft so i'd feel less of a nuisance reclining into someone else's space (I know I shouldnt really), to hear that the seats are good ones though is a definate plus on such a long trip.
Can I pick your brains on one other topic?
Do you have any ideas on this particular service's on-time performance?
Regards
Dan

I am having to travel by train from Liverpool to Gatwick to make that flight, so a delay would have been a nightmare.
Incidentally, I am picking up a friend of mine this evening coming back from Male on the TOM189 flight and I notice a delay of about 4-5 hours already, strange as I noticed the outbound flight go out more or less on time yesterday (according to the airport website).
Any ideas what has gone on there? Im sure ill get all the details off him later.
