ryanair and customer service in the same sentence
why not just post on here, where you may get the answer you need.
ryanair do not publish an e-mail address for customer contact, so you would have to call them.
So Ryanair are stricked on hand luggage size, can anyone tell me where l can buy a small trolley type suitcase that will fit the dimensions needed for Ryanair hand luggage.
i bought one from argos for about £10 which is about 2cm too tall because of the wheels, but this gets through the baggage checks at most airports. if i remember right it may fail at stansted because i seem to remember that their "cage" was sideways (so measuring the height) while gatwick and gerona are upright and so measure depth and width.
i'm sure there has been many discussions on this before, either on this thread or on the general thread.
I bought 2 small cases at Tescos. They are a few cms too big, but still fit in the bag check at the airport. Used these 4 times already without any problems. Hubby still stands and looks at everybody elses cases to see how big they are. £8 each.
Can anyone advise what is the best card to purchase flights so I don't get charged a fee.
Hi Gary .... recent posts (pages 3, 4 & 5) of the following topic will provide you with some suggestions for prepaid mastercards:
It's price is £10.99, so going by Ryanairs measurements this should be ok should'nt it, but are these measurements for the height of 42cm from wheel to handle or just the case .
If my outbound passes are just there as l dont think the inbound will be there till around the 20th Aug, can l print outbound now and go back to checkin next week for inbound passes.
Or can l just view to see whats on the online checkin today without printing anything today... it will not affect my printing out the boarding passes together later in the week will it.
Also can l print out more than one lot of boarding passes just in case l lost any or can you just print out boarding passes just the once..
Yes I believe you have to select Online Check In, then it will give you the option to print your boarding passes. You can print as many copies as you like.
We will be away for 14 days, does this mean that if we fly on a Fri, I will be able to print out all the documentation on the day before we fly and not before?
It may look like a silly question, but I hate leaving things till the last minute.
Thanks

You can check-in for your flights up to 15 days prior so you should be able to check-in and print all your boarding cards before you go. Just don't lose them!
Darren
Thanks for the reply
would anyone on here be able to tell me roughly where the ryanair baggage drop off desk is?
Or is it really easy to find?
Thanks
Go on - give us a clue - which airport
LMAO! I'm sure I am going blonde!
Ryanair are today reported to have finalised an agreement to fly from CYPRUS to destinations in the middle east and as a short haul hub for other European destinations
just printed our boarding passes, not as difficult as l thought it would be.. Anyway can l fold these A4 paper passes in half to go in a envelope...Thanks for all you help ..
Hi ray ... unless it's changed, there should be a dotted line where you fold the boarding pass. Be careful to protect the bar code.
No problem with folding them, but take care of the bar code as David says.
Just one more question folks, l filled in the API when checkin and my name was as shown on my holiday booking as they said l did not have to give my middle name. So when l was giving details for API it shown my name as booked with the travel agents and l could not put my middle name on at this point but on my passport it is on there. Will they question why l did not put it on the API online when l get to the airport as l seen on a Ryanair Q/A you need to put your full name on the API.. or does this matter...
