At a guess would be busy that time of year, we stayed in the 'Cuba Bar' huts, not a bad size - but communal bathrooms (wasn't a problem though).
It's no way as steady as it used to be years ago (as others told me) and when we visited there seemed to be as many beach sellers as Calangute.
Still not bad though, and a nice break away from Candolim for a change.
