we are a mature, quiet couple , careful tenants,seeking winter accommodation for three months in gran canaria probably in maspolomas but all considerations. pref two bed rooms and a balcony . very reasonable rent ..less than 600 per month. have looked at owner rental etc. but all too expensive. may be you know a private individual who would consider us. we have been lanzarote for past 2 years and have good refs.
