You should have read the documentation carefully and queried it but that is not an excuse for what happened.

To be fair, in this case I think it would be nigh impossible to tell a mistake had been made by looking at the tickets. I take months researching my holidays, checking everything, dotting 'I's and crossing 'T's and even I wouldn't have known that the club Candan apartments ae a different property from the candan apartments. On second thoughts, I did realise there had been some previous confusion when I was researching for my friend, so did mention to her that there were two different properties. As I stated the invoice sent to me said club candan, I just hope she remembered to check the tickets said the same.
To your 'ordinary' holidaymaker who isn't as obsessed about things as me, it would be hard to spot the mistake.
