Hi All,

Never been to Turkey before but looking to book a holiday at the end of September. Am looking for some advice on the best resort for us to book. We are both in our early 30s and like eating out and quiet drinks, with the ocassional night out clubbing. Not looking for something 18-30s but not full of OAP's either.

Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed.

Hi Anna,
what about Icmeler, lots of nice places to eat and drink. You could always go into Marmaris for the night life if you fancy clubbing.(think there is 2 night clubs in Icmeler, but havn't been to them) I'm going again in September with my husband, we are in our 40's,its not full of OAP's either. Its a lovely time to go, weather still nice too.

If you travel to Bodrum airport you could look at Bitez. It is a small, fairly quiet resort with lots of nice restaurants and a few bars. It is also just 5 minutes away from Gumbet if you fancy a lively night out. You will find a mix of people and ages in Bitez.
